To ensure the best experience for all customers, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This policy allows the team to manage schedules effectively and accommodate other clients.

In cases where appointments are not rescheduled or canceled within the required timeframe, or in the event of a no-show, clients may be required to keep a card on file for future bookings. Repeated policy violations may result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee.
